You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Arionay reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

Arionay is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by Arionay may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and all withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. Notify Arionay support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All deposits to your Arionay account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Arionay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated by Arionay from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your Arionay balance upon confirmation of receipt by Arionay's payment processing systems. Arionay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Arionay does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Arionay targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 3 banking days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed.
Arionay reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Arionay reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
Arionay may offer bonuses, free credits, or promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:
Each game available on the Arionay platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
All games on Arionay use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by your account history, your bet size, or the results of other players. Arionay's RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, Arionay reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to your balance. Arionay's decision on all game-related disputes is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Arionay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the Arionay platform — including but not limited to the Arionay name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface elements — is the property of Arionay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Arionay platform without prior written consent from Arionay.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Arionay's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Arionay account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Arionay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if Arionay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Arionay does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Arionay shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
Arionay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your Arionay account at any time by contacting Arionay support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
Arionay is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available directly within your account settings and can be activated at any time without contacting support.
If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use Arionay's self-exclusion tool or to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. Players who self-exclude will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period, and Arionay will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during that period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Arionay support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Arionay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
Arionay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at arionay.com/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Arionay platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where an amendment materially affects your rights, Arionay will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
